1. Writing- I always write and speak in complete sentences to explain what I have learned and
      express myself effectively.

  2. aRithmetic-I know all math facts, understand numbers, and solve problems using a
       "step-by-step" method.

  3. Reading-I read with understanding to learn more information and open the doors to college
      entry and completion.

  4. Respect-When I respect others, I respect myself and my family. When I disrespect others, I
      disrespect myself and my family.

  5. Reasoning-I will use my intelligence to think before I act and make the best choices,
      academically and socially. I AM a soaring eagle with a bright future ahead of me! I will soar.
      I will enter college and will complete college! My destiny is great! My life is filled with a
      great purpose of excellence!
